Does exactly what it needs to do. Ive never had an order problem with the app.

If no online order remove the image with it.

This app will not let us order. We have to scarp our order and call ever time!! A total waste!!

The fact that I had to create an account to use the app caused me to take away three stars. The Pizza Hut app, and the dominoes app, lets you check out as a guest

Pointless app. No online ordering and when you call, they hang up on you.

Love BDubs but hate this app! Why not encourage customers to help provide efficiencies for their stores by having an ordering app that is useful? It appears simple to use but isnt dynamic enough to accurately record orders like other restaurant apps I have used. Get with the program BDubs so I can order more product more easily from you.

I cant believe this app is 18mb. It is probably the worst app for a restaurant I have seen. Its pointless. No prices, no online ordering. Dont waste your time.

No online odering option, vague information on menu, no prices, menu doesnt include 90% of actual in-store items

"No available times for the selected site" Im a bit hard of hearing so this was very disappointing that it wouldnt allow me to order.

The food selection portion of the program is good. Choosing options is easy. However, when choosing asap the default time is 9:00pm even at 1:00pm. When trying to change the time the app crashes. You have to call and have them hunt down the order to adjust the time. Better off calling to begin with.

Shame on me for not reading the reviews. I was in a hurry and just wanted to place an online order. Totally pointless app.

Only a partial menu and all item show a price of $0.00. No way to order online. Only good for finding the nearest location which isnt even worth the download time.

1) incorrect menu for my location, the website has the correct one. 2) no online ordering, and this Bww location is less than a year old, no app support or website 3) the phone works fine, when they actually answer. Uninstall this app, and never look back.

I was expecting to find a good App but unfortunately it needs a lot of improvement.

This app shows that you should be able to order online. Incorrect. It also shows that you should be able to view menus. Also incorrect. At least for the Bdub locations in my area. Creating this was a waste of everyones time.

Ive used a lot of apps in my life, but never have I used an app with this much lag. Theres so much of a delay when placing an online order that when you select something you dont know if it actually worked or if you should tap it again. But if it did work and you tap it again then youre now deselecting it again. Its s vicious, endless cycle. Please, make it stop! Also, at some locations when ordering it says the item is unavailable when they do actually have the item. The ASAP pickup time is over an hour away sometimes, even during slow times when only one or two tables are filled. Please update the app! It looks like there hasnt been an update in about 18 months.

Enough said... It just doesnt work. Never has.

How can you develop an app for a restaurant and not have online ordering. And what is this dumb leaderboard stuff? Who cares... Your guys focus sounds more like making your app a social app than an app for your restaurant.... POINTLESS!!! Wish I could rate this 0 stars.

Wow. An app that does absolutely NOTHING. I dont eat at your restaurant. Wanna know why? Its over-priced, takes FAR too long, and I dont want to be around loud, narcissistic a-holes who need to tweet and post the freakin menu selections. Let me order using your app and maybe, Once in a while, Ill eat your wings at home via carry-out because youre closer than Hooters.
